In 2016-2019, he was the deputy executive director of Transparency International Ukraine. He became the executive director of the organization in 2019.
Andrii is a board member of the Independent Anti-Corruption Commission (NAKO), the Ethics Committee at the Ukrainian Network of Integrity and Compliance (UNIC) and the Coordination Committee of the UNCAC coalition.
Transparency International Ukraine is an accredited chapter of the global movement Transparency International, helping Ukraine grow stronger since 2012. The organization takes a comprehensive approach to the development and implementation of changes for reduction of corruption levels in certain areas. TI Ukraine helped create and subsequently transferred Prozorro, Prozorro.Sale, eHealth, and Prozvit systems to the state. The team also implemented City Transparency and Accountability Rankings, developed the DOZORRO community to control public procurement, and co-founded the RISE Ukraine Coalition, which protects integrity and efficiency in the rebuilding process.
Oleksandra is leading researcher at the Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting with over 20 years of experience in economic research and analysis.
Her research interests lie in the field of macroeconomic policy with experience in macroeconomic forecasting. A special focus is the analysis of fiscal policy, and social policy, including the healthcare system and labor market. Since 2022 she additionally focuses on the reconstruction and recovery of Ukraine.
Oleksandra participated in international research projects. She graduated from the National University "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy" / EERC (master's degree in economics).
The Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting (IER) is an internationally recognized Ukrainian independent think tank that specializes in economic analysis, development of recommendations, and fostering of the civil society in Ukraine. Since 2019, IER has been a strategic partner of the European Union for the capacity building of the civil society.
The main tasks of the IER include the development of professional expert assessments in the field of economics and economic policy, the development of strategic and instrumental components of economic policy, shaping the public opinion through the organization of public dialogues and the dissemination of knowledge.

The Institute for Analytics and Advocacy (IAA) is a think tank that creates analytics and digital solutions to help governments make informed decisions, increase transparency, and improve governance. IAA is among the top 100 think tanks in Central and Eastern Europe.
Today, the IAA focuses its activities on:
· reconstruction and recovery (institutional architecture, funding for recovery, community capacity building);
· reforms on the way to the EU (digitalization of transport and logistics, the Customs Service, the Chamber of Accounts).
Lesia is an expert in the field of international relations and public administration. She has extensive work experience in international structures, including service over five 5 years in international organizations of the UN system. In 2014, in connection with the beginning of the Russia-Ukraine war, she co-founded the Ukrainian office of the largest international humanitarian organization. In 2018 she joined the Reforms Delivery Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to work on the implementation of the public administration reform and other transformations.
Lesia has significant work experience in analytical centers, both Ukrainian and foreign: the Center for Defense Strategies (Ukraine), FRIDE - one of Spain’s leading think-tanks, and the European Council for Foreign Relations. Her main research topics are international security, in particular, the Russia-Ukraine war, the work of international organizations, public administration and Ukraine’s civil society.

Serhiy has 10 years of experience in identifying corruption in public procurement, monitoring electronic declarations, identifying conflicts of interest, and preparing relevant appeals to the regulatory and law enforcement agencies. He worked as a lawyer at the "Center for Combating Corruption".

Founder of "Maps of Destruction and Recovery" — an online map that collects information about all civilian infrastructure facilities damaged or destroyed as a result of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
In 2023, together with the team of the NGO "Anti-Corruption Headquarters", the NGO documented evidence of crimes of the destruction of cultural heritage using the "Project Providence" application in five regions. The project collected information on 572 destroyed infrastructure facilities in Ukraine (1,436 photos) with an additional description and exact coordinates of the destruction by the Russians.
She received a master's degree in the specialty "Ukrainian philology and Western European languages" from Taras Shevchenko National University.
