She has 10 years of experience in the field of GR and anti-corruption, cooperation with the Verkhovna Rada, the Government and municipalities.
For 5 years, she led the direction of legal policy and examination of draft laws at the Council of Examinations under the Anti-Corruption Committee of the Parliament.
Together with the Chairman of the Committee Yehor Soboliev, she managed the project on the parliamentary protection of judges-whistleblowers of corruption with the involvement of judges, lawyers, and people's deputies of Ukraine.
She is a co-author of draft laws on anti-corruption courts, prevention of prosecution and punishment of persons who took direct part in military operations in the ATO, as well as methodologies of anti-corruption examination.
The Institute of Legislative Ideas is one of the leading anti-corruption think tanks. The activities of ILI are focused on identifying risks and developing anti-corruption safeguards and mechanisms for transparent and accountable use of reconstruction funds. In 2023, ILI successfully advocated for the development of a prioritization methodology for reconstruction objects financing, involvement of local authorities and the public in reconstruction, publicity in the activities of working groups, and processes of funds allocation.

In 2016-2019, he was the deputy executive director of Transparency International Ukraine. He became the executive director of the organization in 2019.
Andrii is a board member of the Independent Anti-Corruption Commission (NAKO), the Ethics Committee at the Ukrainian Network of Integrity and Compliance (UNIC) and the Coordination Committee of the UNCAC coalition.
Transparency International Ukraine is an accredited chapter of the global movement Transparency International, helping Ukraine grow stronger since 2012. The organization takes a comprehensive approach to the development and implementation of changes for reduction of corruption levels in certain areas. TI Ukraine helped create and subsequently transferred Prozorro, Prozorro.Sale, eHealth, and Prozvit systems to the state. The team also implemented City Transparency and Accountability Rankings, developed the DOZORRO community to control public procurement, and co-founded the RISE Ukraine Coalition, which protects integrity and efficiency in the rebuilding process.
Oleksandra is leading researcher at the Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting with over 20 years of experience in economic research and analysis.
Her research interests lie in the field of macroeconomic policy with experience in macroeconomic forecasting. A special focus is the analysis of fiscal policy, and social policy, including the healthcare system and labor market. Since 2022 she additionally focuses on the reconstruction and recovery of Ukraine.
Oleksandra participated in international research projects. She graduated from the National University "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy" / EERC (master's degree in economics).
The Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting (IER) is an internationally recognized Ukrainian independent think tank that specializes in economic analysis, development of recommendations, and fostering of the civil society in Ukraine. The Institute for Analytics and Advocacy (IAA) is a think tank that creates analytics and digital solutions to help governments make informed decisions, increase transparency, and improve governance. IAA is among the top 100 think tanks in Central and Eastern Europe.

Founder of "Maps of Destruction and Recovery" — an online map that collects information about all civilian infrastructure facilities damaged or destroyed as a result of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
In 2023, together with the team of the NGO "Anti-Corruption Headquarters", the NGO documented evidence of crimes of the destruction of cultural heritage using the "Project Providence" application in five regions. The project collected information on 572 destroyed infrastructure facilities in Ukraine (1,436 photos) with an additional description and exact coordinates of the destruction by the Russians.
